Computer repairs in Brisbane's northside

The northside runs from the CBD fringe at Spring Hill, Herston and Newstead, through the older suburbs of Windsor, Clayfield and Nundah, past Chermside and Bracken Ridge, and out to the Moreton Bay suburbs of Redcliffe, Clontarf, Narangba and Caboolture South. We work in all of them. The jobs change as you go north. In New Farm and Newstead, most of what we see is accounts and email: someone locked out of a Microsoft or Apple account, or Outlook that has stopped syncing. In the city itself, printers are the single most common callout. Further north, around North Lakes, Bracken Ridge and Redcliffe, it is more often home Wi-Fi, modems and the family desktop. A good share of the inner northside work is in apartments. If your building has visitor parking or needs an access code, tell us when you book.

A recent job in Brisbane's northside

North Lakes, April 2026. A customer called about Outlook not working. Two Microsoft accounts had been set up using the same phone number for verification, so each account kept claiming the number and locking the other one out. We separated the accounts, moved verification onto a different method, and confirmed both mailboxes were sending and receiving again.
