Most CBD jobs are in apartment towers and offices. Buildings here almost always need a visitor park arranged or a call from the lobby, so give us a contact number when you book.
Brisbane City is the suburb we work in most. The shop is here, in the Anzac Square Arcade on Adelaide Street, and a large share of our city jobs are within walking distance of it: apartment towers along Queen Street, Margaret Street and Alice Street, and small offices above them. Printers are far and away the most common CBD call. Printers that have dropped off the office Wi-Fi, new printers that need installing and old drivers removed, and scan-to-email that has stopped working after a policy change. After that it is email and Outlook, then general health checks on machines that have slowed down. City buildings are their own kind of job. Most need a visitor park booked or a call from the lobby before we can come up.
Brisbane City, January 2026. A customer in a Queen Street apartment could not print. We reconnected the printer to the Wi-Fi, updated its firmware, then reconnected it to the iMac and confirmed printing was working again. On a separate CBD job the same month we ran a full health check on a PC with several problems, updated Windows and every driver, ran security scans and removed malware with Malwarebytes.
