Computer repairs in Brisbane's bayside

The bayside runs from Carindale and Tingalpa out to the water at Wynnum, Manly West and Lota, then south through Birkdale, Wellington Point, Thornlands and Cleveland to Victoria Point and Redland Bay. Cleveland is one of the busiest suburbs we work in anywhere in Brisbane. Most of the calls out this way are accounts and printers: people locked out of an email or online account, printers that have dropped off the Wi-Fi, and older desktops that have slowed down. There are a lot of retirement and lifestyle communities through the Redlands, and a good share of our bayside work is helping people in them get set up and stay connected.

A recent job in Brisbane's bayside

Cleveland, February 2026. The customer wanted a printer reconnected and photos moved from a phone to the computer. The PC turned out to be very slow as well, so we updated it, ran scans and cleaned it up, then installed the printer and updated its firmware. The laptop only has 4GB of RAM, so we told the customer plainly how much difference that would make rather than selling an upgrade that would not fix it.

Questions from Brisbane's bayside customers

Which bayside and Redlands suburbs do you cover?
Carindale, Tingalpa, Belmont, Wynnum, Manly West, Lota, Hemmant, Birkdale, Wellington Point, Thornlands, Cleveland, Victoria Point and Redland Bay. If you do not see your suburb, call 1300 241 944 and ask.
Do you come out to Cleveland and Victoria Point?
Yes, regularly. Cleveland is one of the busiest suburbs we work in anywhere in Brisbane. There is no call-out fee to the Redlands, so you pay $159 for the first hour of repair time and not for the drive.
My printer keeps dropping off the Wi-Fi. Can that be fixed on site?
Usually, yes. Printers losing their network connection are one of the most common jobs we do on the bayside. It is normally a fixed IP or a router setting rather than a fault with the printer, and it is a same-visit job.
