Windsor is a short run north from the Adelaide Street shop, up Lutwyche Road past Bowen Hills.
Windsor is close enough to the city that a device needing bench time can be dropped in to the shop rather than waiting for a second visit.
Windsor is an inner northern suburb on the way up Lutwyche Road, between Bowen Hills and Kedron, and a mix of older Queenslanders and newer apartment blocks. Storage is a recurring theme in the inner north. Laptops sold with small drives fill up, and cloud folders like Dropbox and OneDrive quietly sync everything down onto a disk that cannot hold it all. To the person using the machine that looks like a computer that has broken or slowed to a stop, and it is usually fixable without buying any hardware. Being this close to the shop is useful. Windsor customers can drop a machine in to Adelaide Street rather than book a second visit for it.
Windsor, July 2026. A customer's laptop had filled its drive completely and stayed unusable even after deleting files. We started it from a USB drive so it could be worked on, moved the Downloads folder off to free space, then set the Dropbox files to online only so they stopped occupying the disk and synced back to the cloud instead. The laptop was usable again before we left.
